Imagine being gifted a time machine with the ability to make course corrections in history. Would you kill Hitler when he was a child?

While many of us might be tempted to do so, logically, any attempt to change history would be doomed to failure. If you travel back and eliminate Hitler, you would change the course of World War II, but this would remove your reason for going back in the first place. Additionally, the concept of a time machine allows for the continuation of the timeline where current events are based on the past. Changing history would only create a new, unforeseeable timeline.

Historical Alterations: The Drafting of the Declaration of Independence and Constitution

I would make some significant changes to the drafting of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. Here are some proposed modifications:

Introducing extremely precise wording in the 2nd Amendment to remove any ambiguity. Implementing strict rules regarding immigration as in "Adapt or Go Home." Freed all slaves, offering them transportation back to their ancestral homeland.

These alterations could prevent many of the negative events in U.S. history.

Personal Motivations and Future Planning

Foregoing the goal of becoming the richest man on earth, I would aim to create an organization dedicated to safeguarding the free world. This would involve:

Exposing, framing, blackmailing, and assassinating political and financial figures as needed. Guiding the development of the United States, preventing the spread of left-wing ideologies. Initiating the civil rights movement in the mid-20th century and addressing the rise of illegal drug trade, organized crime, and gangs. Overhauling the education system to promote equal access to truth, justice, honor, and practical skills.

Such an organization would include:

Instating term limits for all public office. Adding a forensic audit during politicians' final term to ensure no ill-gotten gains. Implementing a 10-year ban on employment in industries that benefited during their tenure in office.
